Meet The Team
Simone Stone
Director of Community Engagement
Simone Stone is a visionary and passionate individual who started the social enterprise Make More with a clear mission in mind. Her driving force lies in creating a positive social impact and empowering underrepresented individuals through education, development and support. With a deep desire to better the lives of those around her, Simone's love for STEM and digital marketing serves as a catalyst for innovative solutions. Her extensive experience at Google and Vodafone has equipped her with valuable skills and insights to drive meaningful change. In addition to her professional achievements, Simone's previous Red Cross, Dementia Champion and Alzheimer's research UK Volunteer work demonstrates her commitment to giving back to the community and making a difference. Through Make More, Simone Stone continues to inspire and uplift communities.
Simeon Douglas
Strategic Director
Simeon boasts a remarkable journey marked by impactful leadership and innovation. Prior to co-founding Make More, Simeon was previously Head of Partnerships at one of the UK's largest Social Impact organisations.
With a background steeped in technology, encompassing mobile devices, VR tech, and digital services, Simeon has been instrumental in spearheading training programs that have empowered and equipped thousands of individuals across the UK. His unwavering commitment to leveraging technology for the betterment of communities reflects a deep-seated passion that permeates every facet of his work at Make More.
Driven by a vision of creating meaningful change and fostering inclusivity, Simeon remains steadfast in his dedication to steering Make More towards its mission.
Joshua Walker
Lead Partner for Mental Health
Joshua Walker is an accomplished mental health professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. As a qualified cognitive behavioural therapist based in Birmingham, he has honed his expertise in crisis management and substance misuse. Joshua's dedication to helping individuals spans across diverse populations, as he has successfully worked with men, women, and children. With a strong commitment to mental health in the Black community, he actively advocates for improved support and resources. His special interest in African and Caribbean wellbeing allows him to provide culturally sensitive care. Additionally, Joshua's passion extends to supporting individuals with long-term physical health conditions, ensuring their holistic well-being is addressed with the work that he does across communities.
Sumera Naaz
Lead Partner for Programmes
Introducing Sumera Naaz, our dynamic Lead for Programme Implementation. With a wealth of experience as a seasoned project manager, Sumera has left her mark on some of the UK's most impactful charities and social organizations, spearheading multi-million pound projects with precision and passion.
With a background in education and a deep commitment to serving disadvantaged communities from diverse ethnic backgrounds, she brings a unique perspective to her role and has been instrumental in successfully managing the delivery of multiple centers, where she's established effective communication channels and partnerships. Sumera's tireless efforts have addressed critical issues like digital exclusion within marginalized communities.

Sharna Douglas
Lead Partner for Community Youth
Sharna Douglas is a dedicated professional who has made a significant impact in Sandwell and Birmingham. As a JNC qualified youth and community worker, she showcases her commitment to excellence. Sharna's passion for empowering young people shines through her extensive experience in youth mentoring, both within PRUs and secondary schools. As a mother, she deeply appreciates nurturing and supporting young individuals. Sharna's dedication to education extends to her role as a School Governor, actively contributing to enhancing learning. Moreover, her involvement in Mental Health and Dementia work shows her commitment to holistic wellbeing. With a diverse skill set and a heart for making a difference, Sharna positively impacts communities and young lives.

Llewellyn Livingston
Lead Partner for Community Development
Meet Llewellyn Livingston, the community connector whose specialties lie in building meaningful relationships! With a knack for engaging with people and organisations, Llewellyn is a seasoned expert in business and community development across various industries. His specialty extends to cultivating relationships within multicultural communities, where his genuine approach and cultural sensitivity shine.
Llewellyn's unique ability to bridge gaps and foster connections extends to his work with church and religious leaders, where he's known for his respectful and inclusive outreach efforts. Having worked with BAME communities over a number of years, including grassroots, as well as more established organisations, his work and curiosities have taken him around the world to experience different cultures.
Ashley Sutton
Community Activity Partner
Ashley Sutton is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in working with youths spanning over 15 years. He has made a significant impact within schools under Birmingham Council, where he has played a crucial role in supporting and guiding young individuals. Additionally, Ashley possesses a deep knowledge of digital services, having spent approximately 10 years providing training on devices for renowned brands like Samsung. His expertise in this area has allowed him to empower others in utilizing technology effectively. Furthermore, Ashley holds sports coaching qualifications, enabling him to not only mentor and coach adults and children for various charities but also inspire them through the power of sports.
Daljit Kaur
Digital Support Officer (eVisa)
Daljit Kaur is a customer experience specialist with a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals. With extensive experience in navigating complex service environments, Daljit brings both empathy and expertise to her work, ensuring accessible and high-quality experiences for all clients. Fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, she is adept at building rapport across language and cultural barriers, creating inclusive environments where every voice is valued.
Daljit’s dedication to empowering people shines through her proactive support for individuals facing challenging circumstances, from assisting with eVisa applications to advocating for their needs.
